Your delivery, your rules
Keep your courier, areas and fees. MinHnee runs your order page, checkout and tracking, and customers pay through your store’s own payment-provider account.
A standard 6% commission
The standard commission is 6% of the product value of completed orders, billed monthly. MinHnee charges no other fees; your payment provider’s fees are separate.

How you start
Apply
Create an account with your email and confirm it, then fill in one form about your store: its name and link, what you sell, where you deliver, and a contact number. Your store needs a valid licence: commercial or home-business.

We set up your store with you
We import your existing photos and products and draft descriptions; you review and approve.
Launch
We check products, payments and delivery before opening your store for orders.
Common questions
How does commission work?
The standard commission is 6% of completed merchandise sales after refunds, excluding delivery, and founding stores pay 3%. It is billed monthly under the store agreement. Payment-provider fees are separate.
Who delivers orders?
You deliver your way: your courier, areas and delivery fee, up to 1.000 KWD an order, set in your store portal.
How do payments work?
Connect your own account with a supported payment provider. Customer payments go through that account, with settlement under the provider’s terms. Checkout opens after verification. Cash on delivery is unavailable.
Can I keep selling on Instagram?
Yes. Your Instagram stays yours: add your MinHnee store link to your bio so orders reach you organised. Every founding store also gets a “Founding Store” badge (one of the first 10 stores to join MinHnee) and a feature in the launch campaign.
